Timvella currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.

Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when it becomes available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to activate or update tracking information.
